One of our most exciting and ambitious projects was the renovation of a luxury apartment in Nice, commissioned by a Kazakh client.

The chosen design, an elegant Art Deco style, is the perfect combination of opulence and personality, where every corner showcases meticulous attention to detail.

From the marble flooring to the intricate marble coatings, this project reflects the dynamic and sophisticated nature of Art Deco. Each room tells its own story of elegance and design. Marble, with its natural beauty, continues to be the material of choice for creating luxurious interiors, such as marble bathrooms, marble washbasins, and intricate marble coatings. This project beautifully demonstrates how marble can transform any space into a masterpiece of art and design.

Marbles used

The Kitchen and Entrance: Black Marble and Geometric Elegance

The entrance immediately captivates with its striking visual impact. Black marble, specifically Port Saint Laurent, is used extensively for the flooring, where it’s accentuated by geometric decorations in Yellow Travertine. This combination creates a refined play of contrasts, offering a sophisticated, yet welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen follows suit, with Port Saint Laurent marble used in a “book matchedt” technique that aligns the veins, resulting in a fluid and artistic pattern.

This complements the luxurious Fendi-Scic kitchen design, where the black marble enhances the modern elegance of the space, creating a seamless blend of contemporary design with classic luxury.

The Living Room: Timeless Elegance and Marble Accents

In the living room, the luxurious black marble flooring continues to dominate, mirroring the stylistic elements of the entrance. Once again, Yellow Travertine geometric details bring harmony and consistency to the overall aesthetic.

However, the real standout feature in this room is the custom-made Botticino marble fireplace, serving as the room’s heart, adding warmth and timeless charm.

Master Bathroom: The Epitome of Luxury Marble Design

The master bathroom is the epitome of luxury, designed with the finest marble coatings. Featuring Brown Emperador (for the flooring, washbasin and bathtub tops) and Calacatta Gold (for the walls), this luxury marble bathroom exudes refinement and elegance.

The intricate stonework throughout the bathroom elevates the design, creating an ambiance of high sophistication and exclusivity. Every detail, from the flooring to the marble washbasin, has been meticulously crafted to reflect the elegance of marble.

Guest Bathroom: Marble Mosaic Craftsmanship at Its Finest

Our craftsmanship truly shines in the guest bathroom, where an intricate marble mosaic was custom-made. Here, various types of marble — Calacatta Gold, Brown Emperador, Light Emperador, and Grigio Tao — come together in a stunning display of artisanal expertise.

The contrasting colors and textures create a luxury marble bathroom atmosphere that’s both unique and visually stunning, making this space a true design centerpiece.
