AD RUSSIA, one of the most important furniture magazines in the world, talks about us and the collaboration with the architect Ekaterina Lashmanova.
We are in Moscow, in the attic of a new building.
The designer’s inspiration is the facade of that majestic house, decorated with turrets, arcades, arches and columns. According to Ekaterina’s design, the interior spaces had to support the strength of the exterior but not translate its rigidity.
This is why sinuous lines, softness and fluidity have been included in the project with a plaster decoration that evokes some very pleasant associations such as waterfalls or natural caves.
The result of the collaboration with the designer is this elegant white crystal coffee table. The search for the perfect marble lasted months, the goal was absolute transparency.
Curvaceous forms and rounded corners have created harmony, and the brass details have enriched the piece. The result is undoubtedly a table with character.
