A landscaping and urban project that makes us proud to be part of collective excellence.
We are pleased to announce that the bathing platform project on Quai de Cologny, to which we contributed with our natural stone work, has been officially nominated for the Prix du Werkbund 2025.
This important urban redevelopment initiative on the shores of Lake Geneva has successfully combined landscape, public function, and durable materials, giving the community an accessible, contemporary space that is perfectly integrated into the natural environment.

Recognition of shared quality
The nomination for the Prix du Werkbund is recognition of the value of the collective work carried out by designers, public clients, and contractors.
At Pistore Marmi, we are proud to have put our craftsmanship at the service of a project in which stone is not just a covering, but an integral part of the architectural and landscape design.
Our contribution focused on the customization of natural stone elements, large blocks of Botticino marble designed to withstand the test of time and interact with water, and the access walkway, enhancing noble materials through precise workmanship consistent with the design vision.

What is the Prix du Werkbund?
The Werkbund is a Swiss national association that brings together artists, architects, designers, craftsmen, and scholars with the aim of promoting quality and innovation in design and architecture.
The Prix du Werk celebrates works that stand out for their integration of form, function, and social impact.
Being part of a project nominated for this award means recognizing the value of our work in a context of shared quality and design culture.

Building sustainable landscapes
In the Quai de Cologny project, stone was treated as a living, conscious material, capable of withstanding environmental conditions while conveying a sober, essential, and authentic aesthetic.
For Pistore Marmi, contributing to works of this level means affirming a vision of work in which craftsmanship, technique, and design merge in a single direction: building landscapes and public spaces that last over time, respecting the environment, the context, and people.
